2. Click three-line menu icon on the top left corner
3. Click on Balance
4. Ledger Balance shows Cash and Non-Cash Balance

2. Click on “My Orders” on the menu on the bottom of the screen.
3. Find your order in “Open Orders”.
4. Click on the desired order.
5. Click on “Cancel order” at the bottom of the screen.
6. Select the items you wish to cancel. If you wish to cancel the entire order, select all items.
7. Click on review.
8. Review the items and click on confirm.
9. Your order will be sent to be processed for cancellation.
After successfully placing the order:
1. Open the BestPrice App
2. Scroll down on the homepage
3. Click on Track Order on your order card
4. Track your order screen appears
5. Check Status

1. Open the BestPrice App
2. Click on “My Orders” on the bottom menu of the homepage
3. Scroll to order you want to track
4. Click on track order
5. Track your order screen appears
6. Here you can where your order is
1. Find the product you want to add on the BestPrice App.
2. Click on (+) to add quantity, OR
3. Click on text field and enter the desired quantity.
4. Click on Add to cart.
5. You will receive a notification saying, “product has been successfully added to cart”.

2. Click on “My orders” on the bottom menu on the homepage.
3. Click on the order that you wish to re-order.
4. Click on re-order at the bottom of the screen.
5. You will land on the cart page with all items added to cart.
6. Update the quantity for each item as per your requirements.
7. Click on checkout.
8. Click on proceed to pay.
9. Complete payment.
1. To return your order, please visit your nearest store.
2. Contact the returns counter and return your products.
3. Your refund will be processed within 7 – 10 days.

4. Scroll down and click on “membership portal” under My Addresses.
5. You will be redirected to the BestPrice membership portal.

7. Keep your business license handy before starting the application.
8. Fill out a 3-minute form, and submit it.
9. Get your membership.
